Mood: Ugh I love this man so much

Fun fact, Mikky Ekko follows me on Instagram… so here is one for you! Maybe he will read, we will see. I saw this man in concert this winter as an opener and it was just insane his talent. I have loved his music for a while and this new bop just continues my appreciation for his music.

The song itself has an incredible beat, mood, and build of both the lyrics and tone. I really loved the pre-chorus when he just breaks down and then just ends saying, “I wanna cherish you”.

Ugh, break my soul. Mikky Ekko just kills me with his lyrics because you can see there is a story behind these lyrics. What that story is, I wish I knew. He just wants to love this person fully, it is beautiful.

My story is I want to not be afraid. I wanna be able to believe the lyrics of this song that people can just genuinely care. And I think I do. But I just sometimes second guess myself for the stupidest reasons.
