Post-Workshop Revision Plan

The following is the revision plan I included in the link in the previous tab:

  • Citations- post with acknowledgments, in text utilize links (URL, journal, etc.), borrowing images then use captions
  • Add new page- intro to Oldenburg and critical lens
  • Then change the “Top of the Hop as a Self-Contained Space” devoted to synthesis of critical lens and facts of the place, proving my argument

And this is the formal revision plan I submitted with the conference draft:

My revision plan was pretty similar to what I posted in the google doc. Overall I was pretty happy with my starting point, evidence, arguments, and layout. I have just been supplementing things and reorganizing them as I see fit. I still need to get some data from students/users of the Top of the Hop but besides that and revising my actual writing I think I’m at a good place in terms of my content and logical structure. With a webpage a lot of things are trial and error and I’m constantly coming up with new ideas for organization or more opportunities to get evidence- for example there was a show at the Top of the Hop this weekend so I got audio and video recording of it. I think it’s progressing pretty well, I just need to wrap up the content and edit everything after this stage.
