I have written three development economics policy memos. Since most of Africa's countries are lower income countries, all three of these policy memos are relevant to Africa's development, though some of the memos are even more directly relevant. Here is one about congressional pay in Botswana, but there are also ones on universal basic income in a 25th percentile GDP per capita PPP country (roughly on par with Zambia) and on increasing pharmaceutical research into tropical disease.

In my senior year of high school, I wrote a 25-page paper on the Empire of Ghana as an independent study.
