Hi there! I’m Worayada Pitakanonda (yes I have a very long name!) but most people call me Pam. I was born and grew up in the city of Chiangmai, Thailand and have recently come to the United States as a member of the Class of 2022 at Dartmouth College. Although I am still exploring a range of classes from various disciplines, I am currently considering a major in either Biology or Economics and a minor in Psychology. On campus, you can usually find me in rehearsal rooms as I absolutely love to dance. It is my number one passion that allows me to relax and have fun outside of my studies. You can also probably spot me from time to time tapping my feet in KAF lines going through choreography. I also love to read science fiction and psychology non-fiction as it allows be to sit back and dive into a world of exciting questions and fascinating ideas. You will probably find that a lot of the work I do in my writing course ‘Words as World’ relates to the psychological aspects of topics as I enjoy exploring ideas that emerge from reflecting on my experiences and that of those around me.
