Developing Vietnam builds on Dartmouth’s partnership with Fulbright University Vietnam, a liberal arts university founded in Ho Chi Minh City in 2016. During the Fall 2022 term, the Dartmouth students enrolled in Developing Vietnam will collaborate and learn remotely with students enrolled in a similar course at Fulbright. Students from both universities will be assigned to work in joint Dartmouth-Fulbright teams to design a research project on some aspect of development in Vietnam. When the Dartmouth students travel to Ho Chi Minh City in December 2022 with their instructors, they will be based at the Fulbright University campus and they will work directly with their Fulbright teammates to conduct their field research and complete their team projects.
