who i am

I’m a theater kid, filmmaker, and writer. I grew up in both New York City and the Berkshires region of Western Massachusetts, totally obsessed with Broadway musicals and the American Museum of Natural History.

what i do

I moonlight as a member of the Dartmouth class of 2022, where I’m majoring in Film modified with Theater. On campus I make sketches and mischief with the Dartmouth Comedy Network, sing

showtunes and opera with the Dartmouth Opera Lab, and work for the film team at the Hopkins Center for the Arts, which includes leading rowdy discussions with the Dartmouth Film Society. And sometimes I even do my homework!

what i’m about

I think nonprofit art institutions like museums and regional theaters are the freaking best. I’ve been known to get into shouting matches about the 1972 Tony Awards. I’m worried about the separation between the arts and humanities and STEM research, and what that means for the dream of an open, ethical Internet. My heroes are Jia Tolentino, Shaina Taub, Heather Havrilesky, and Dr. Tressie McMillan Cottom. I’m obsessed with Ugly Betty, Don’t Trust the B- in Apt 23, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I think you’re awesome.
