The Black Family Visual Arts Center is located just off the Dartmouth campus, on Lebanon Street in the contiguous town of Hanover, NH.
Looking south towards the Lebanon St. entrance, one can see the whole lobby.
The lobby opens up to the walkways of each level, and on the north side large glass windows frame a single room on each floor.
Several staircases connect the first, second, and third floors on the east side of the building.
Unique, artistically designed lamps provide additional illumination in the seating areas.
Seating is provided by an arrangement of low, red couches that frame the space.
