Evans Family Fund Scholarship Recipient

MacDonald-Smith 1915 Prize

This prize was first awarded in 1961 and is funded by gifts from the friends of Malcolm R. MacDonald and Philip D. Smith, both of the class of 1915, to be awarded to recognize high achievement in musical performances, on the recommendation of the faculty of the Department of Music.

Symphony NH Student Composer Contest Winner

4 winners were selected out of 12 contestants for their original symphony orchestra piece to be commissioned and then premiered on April 20, 2024 with the Symphony NH. Flowing Summit, one of the pieces in WANDERLUST (my music thesis composition project), was premiered.

Sayles Student Research Grant

Gerald Tracy Memorial Scholarship

Awarded to the highest-ranking winner of the Tracy Competition who is eligible for financial aid, the Tracy Scholarship recognizes the student's serious pursuit of an instrument, and his or her potential for further professional involvement in music. As the Tracy Scholar, the student receives, in addition to his or her competition award, an additional $100 in scholarship aid per enrolled term.
