- The Dartmouth Rugby Football Club (DRFC) is a sports team on campus and as a result has many team building chants and rituals.
Item:
- At the end of every practice or lifting session the Dartmouth Men’s Rugby Team does a short team cheer to foster team spirit and mark the end of another session of hard work. At the end of practice the team all comes together in a huddle where the coaches go over their thoughts about the session and various associated logistics going forward. The coaches then leave the huddle and the captain and co-captains have their say. Once everything has been said everyone makes a fist and puts them all together in the center of the huddle. The captains then leads the team in the “Short Cheer.”
