Transcript:

  • “The Dixie chicks song play after every win no matter if it’s home or away. The first time I heard it freshman year, all the upperclassmen told us to learn the words by the next day. As it started playing they all were screaming the lyrics. At some points they even added they’re own lyrics which we still say now that I’m an upperclassmen. Our team has a lot of traditions that have been passed down and this is one of them. I think what makes Dartmouth hockey so special and a family is our traditions that have been shared by so many women throughout the programs history.”
