Living in the United States was so much different then my life in Mexico. The biggest shock was probably living in a big city such as Phoenix. I had grown up in Altar which was a small, country town so going to a big city took awhile to get used to.This is so much opportunity in this country, and I worked numerous jobs where I acquired different skills. More importantly, I made my wife, Maria, in Arizona. This started a whole new chapter in my life, and since then I have loved every moment of this chapter. My story in the United States begins with the difficulties and triumphs of learning English.
