I am a Neukom Fellow at Dartmouth College. My primary affiliation is with the interdisciplinary Neukom Institute for Computational Science; I am also affiliated with the Department of Biological Sciences, the Department of Classics, and the Comparative Literature Program, as well as the Department of Biomedical Data Science at the Geisel School of Medicine.

Prior to coming to Dartmouth, I received a Ph.D. in Systems Biology from Harvard University, where I held a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship, and an A.B. in Chemistry from Princeton University.

In 2014 I founded the Quantitative Criticism Lab, which I co-direct with Pramit Chaudhuri at the University of Texas at Austin.
