Ongoing Research Projects

My dissertation work aims to identify mechanisms by which the general public is exposed to and shares information pertaining to obesity. I am grateful have two inspiring advisors: Dr. Diane Gilbert-Diamond and Dr. Tracy Onega.

Select, additional ongoing research interests include:

  • Perspectives on novel and traditional medical innovations during COVID-19 (in collaboration with researchers in the Department of Biomedical Data Science at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College).
  • Understanding the interplay between federal emergency legislation and pre-existing state policies (in collaboration with researchers at the University of Alberta in the School of Public Health; Northeastern University in the Network Science Institute; University of California - Davis in the Department of Internal Medicine; and Harvard Medical School in the Department of Pediatrics)
