Here you will find internships and work experience, with more in depth information than provided on my resume.
In the summer of 2022, I worked as an intern for the Laser Interferometry Gravitational Wave Observatory (LIGO) through the Caltech SURF (summer undergraduate research fellowships) program. I was working at University of California Riverside on an adaptive optics project where I focused on imaging systems and developed Python code. In the winter of 2022, I interned in the Research and Design department at Intelligent Imaging Innovations (3i), a laser-guided microscopy company in Denver. My main role was to help develop and test an adaptive optics system, but I also worked extensively to build and align laser-guided microscopes and worked with some machine learning. Click here for more about my time as a research and design intern at 3i.
Throughout my time at Dartmouth, I have developed my appreciation and passion for pedagogy as a learning fellow, more commonly known as an undergraduate teaching assistant. I have been a learning fellow for multiple physics and chemistry classes, working to engage other students both inside and outside of the classroom.
