• Rewriting a piece is quite difficult when you have no idea what needs to be revised in your paper. In the previous paper, there was a clear divide between the extraneous material and the pertinent material, but in this piece, I thought that it was all coherent. In the end, I ended up having to delete 2 and a half pages worth of material and tack on another half page to the closing paragraph. Revising, the process of delving into my own thoughts as put on paper and reorganizing them into a more coherent whole, is challenging because in doing so I concede that I am flawed; a very tough thing to do.
