The Scavenger Hunt has two components:
- List of items you need to find on this scavenger hunt;
- Reflection Questions.
Scavenger Hunt List
Buy the following items:
- Food Items: kursani (chili powder), Wai-Wai noodles, curry powder
- Personal Items: tika, kathak, incense
- Newspaper in a foreign language
- Souvenir: one item that you think is most representative of the culture in the neighborhood you visited.
Photographs
- Signs in different South Asian or Himalayan languages
- Advertisement for immigration law office, alternative medicine
- Statue or landmark
- Piece of art or mural
- Place where locals hang out
- Restaurant that serves food from the Himalaya or Tibet
- Hybridity in religion, identity, values

Reflection Questions
